Handle/strap is adjustable; drop is 7.5 to 14.5". Latch is secure--turn both to the right to open; click flap to close. Not a scratch on it. Mint. My research indicates this bag was made at the leather school in Florence. There are no tags, but it is monogrammed N.E.E on the inside of the flap. 10.25" long x 6.75" tall x 2" deep (gusset)
