The etching on silk artwork itself is smaller in size and measures 6 1/4" x 5 1/4". This is a vintage Hans Figura original artwork aquatint etching on silk. This is a scene from Paris, France at the L'Arc de Triumphe on a cloudy French day. A florist sells flowers in the foreground, with the L'Arc de Triumphe looming in the background. This piece is numbered 80 out of 350. This piece is signed. See photos. There is some more provenance to this piece on the back side of the artwork. It has an original "Fred Olsson's Art Shop, 9 Boylston St., Cambridge, MA" sticker on the back. This is where it was originally framed. It also has a return address sticker of a person in Kinnelon, New Jersey. It also has an "NRA Member, 'We Do Our Best'" stamp/sticker in the lower left corner of this piece. This artwork is ready to hang. A beautiful piece of artwork from mid century France by Austrian painter and printmaker Hans Figura. He is probably best known for his intricate aquatint etchings.
