The signature effect of the colorful embroidery sparkles with small mirrors. Note on picture. It does have a few loose threads due to the age of the item. In the upper right corner that are just a few threads missing which I noted in the picture. One of the mirrors in the bottom right corner has a small crack. Otherwise in great condition for its age. Can be used for a wall hanging, framed or used as a pillow cover as it seems to have been used by the snaps in the back.
