VTG Disney Beauty and the Beast Broadway Button Up Shirt Chambray Embroidered M

Description: Up for sale is a rare vintage Beauty and the Beast embroidered shirt that I bought in the 1990s during the original run of the musical. It is a chambray fabric, which looks similar to denim. While the tag says it is a size large, vintage sizes are different from modern day sizes. So I provide measurements below, taken with the garment lying flat. Measuring across the chest under the arms: about 23 3/8”. Measuring the length from the top of the collar (with top button buttoned) to the bottom hem: about 26 3/4”. Measuring the shoulders from seam to seam: about 21 1/4”. Measuring the arms from shoulder seam to wrist: about 23”. Having tried it on, it fits closer to a modern day men’s medium. The model in the last picture is a men’s medium. But use these measurements as a comparison to a shirt that you own that fits you well in order to determine fit. I’ve taken good care of this shirt. Before putting it up for sale, I washed it gently in unscented detergent, let it dry flat, and pressed it. It comes from a nonsmoking home. All seams and buttons are intact. The embroidery looks beautiful. There are no holes. There are two small faded marks on the front of the shirt. I’ve provided a picture with tape measure for comparison. They are faint fade marks that aren’t that noticeable and don’t interfere with the beauty of the shirt, but I wanted to disclose these in advance. Buyer understands that this is a preowned item that is not new and might have other flaws. Because what might be a flaw to you is a sort of wear and tear that a vintage item would naturally incur.
