Perhaps the "91" portion means made in 1991? ♥ Measures approx. 10 inches in diameter. ♥ Good pre owned condition. No chips or cracks. The clock hands show some "rust" marks if closely inspected as shown in photos. There are 4 pock marks in the glaze on the back. The clock runs with battery (not included), but I have not checked to insure it keeps the correct time.
