The background is red and the raised enamel design is of flowers and butterflies. Inside and the bottom of the trinket box are teal blue enamel. I believe the gold parts are brass. It is 3" in diameter and 1 1/2" tall. Weighs 3 oz. Perfect for small trinkets or treasures.Made and purchased in China. Non smoking home.
