Description: The item is sold as is, as found, and as you see it. The sale is for a framed vtg Bateaux Mouches dinner river cruise menu handkerchief from Paris, France. Sold as found. Bateaux Mouches means boats fly. Open excursion boats that provide visitors to Paris to fly boats with a view of the city from along the river scene. The item was framed against a board, I assume. The handkerchief is framed in a black wood painted frame, professionally framed. Business card on backside. Good condition with age related issues. There are a few white type lines in fabric in the cloth; could be runs in the material. Two going horizontally and one might be going vertically. One from the edge that goies to other side. They probably had it framed to salvage it to keep it in the condition; maybe. Cool as a french collectible being framed. The glass seems to be fairly clean; maybe some faint spotting under glass that you can always see with a bright light. Wood frame will have nicks and spots, top edge and the right side edge about 1/3 side down. Backside paper backing or tape more toward edges. Paper board in middle. 1500 orange sticker, yellow board and paper rips and stains, punctures, nails sticking on backside, slightly. Sawtooth hook at top and pencil writing on back side and black overpaint on edges. Item sold undisturbed as you see it. See all pics for they are part of description.
