The Auburn-Cord-Duesenberg Company (ACD Co.) began offering replacement parts to the now orphaned car owners and would also provide service work. Restoration work would be available at the original Auburn, Indiana factory by former Auburn employees. In 1960 Glenn Pray bought the company including all the parts and tooling and moved them to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
