ISSUES: - The faux leather on front has been ripped off at the top portion. - The front metal has small amount black paint. - The faux leather on the back has worn and scratched areas. - The metal on the back has many black paint areas. My father used this when he was an inspector at the manufacturing plant for Chrysler in St. Louis, MO.
