I have no way of knowing what the exact waist size of this pattern is. In 1987, it would have been whatever length a ladies’ medium waist would have been. Patterns will make 2 ladies’ medium size 36” long skirts and rails belts. You could use a light to medium-weight denim or other cotton fabric for the skirts. Pattern photo shows use of light blue fabric. I removed 1987 copyrighted pattern from sleeve only to photograph. It is new.
