Description: Ball point pen. The body is marked 900 and was very tarnished, we quickly polished it. The push button appears to be stainless and it does occasionally stick. It may be a replacement. The cartridge is blue but it needs replacing. There are a few little dings on it, used. This pen is engraved Industrieverband Kunstoff Boden -,u.-Wandbel??e e.V. (IKB) . I cannot see this with my naked eye but see it under a loupe. I don't know what it means . Business supply in Germany?
