Description: Vintage 1980s Post Modern Art Deco Neon sculpture Lamp Light. Extremely Rare vintage postmodern original 1980s neon sculpture Art Deco light. The light is made of large thick Lucite clear arches, and two deep red neon light tubes formed into the sculpture. The light works as it should. There is aging of the gold metal base housing in areas but very moderate considering the age, and some of the metal frame is off a tad on a few corners. The large Lucite ribbons have a few scrapes from age and use, one of the clear Lucite legs is a little loose at the bottom where the joining adhesive has aged loose but very sturdy regardless, mentioning for listing accuracy. Please use photos using the zoom feature for condition. The light does make a moderate humming while in operation. PLEASE NOTE! - The red neon tubes are a dark red but the camera makes them look lighter than what they actually are. If you look at the reflection on the base of the lamp it gives you a good idea of the actual color of the tubes. Please ask all question if needed prior to purchasing. ADDED VIDEO - The audio noise in the video is camera recorded background chatter and not the lamp :) The light is large measuring - 22 1/4" tall x 10" wide x 6" thick at the base.
