It would be a little hard to get the snaps and hook & eye closed if you are at the max measurements with the cinching pulls on the sides, it can go a bit smaller It is NOT perfect a couple light discolorations. some bending to the boning the back 2 boning pieces are removable No fabric tags but feels like 100% cotton (like a canvas) . Fabric is NOT stretchy ~ but has the elastic panels at on the\ top/ bottom tagged size 46 See pictures for details I tried to picture it on a dummy, but my "plus size (12/14) dummy was just too small It could get on a size 2x, but it was pretty tight . or might fit better if a lot of weight was not in belly area approx. measurements 44/46" waist 12" on sides 9.5" down front 14" down back pictures are of the actual item you will receive.
