Flaws: the cake pan has some dents in the bottom of 3 of the eggs shapes and the back shows damage from being stored under something heavy. However, those dents in the pan that may transfer to your cake will be covered up with icing that you place on it. Please look at the pictures closely to see the damage. I do not know anything about using a piping bag and decorating tips, but it looks like everything is included to be able to use these. There are two plastic rings included in the set that look to be part of what is needed to use the piping bag. This is stored in a non-smoking and climate-controlled area.
