All pages are legible and in tact. Spine has some separation from binding, but not from book itself. Front cover has some darkened areas, most likely from storage. Previous owner wrote their initials on the sides of the book, which bled a tiny amount onto the inside pages. Please see photos for more details. There is a slight musky odor from age and storage, but NO pungent/foul odors, e.g. pet, mold, smoke, etc.
