Description: Vtg Forever Amber Perfume 1 fl oz Gold Color Book Shaped Bottle Kay Daumit. Very neat bottle design. Book is metal I believe and shows some loss of gold color mainly around edges. Very decorative cover. Metal lid opens and perfume is still strong. It looks like the dauber or sponge tip is missing. Tag on back securely adhered and says Kay Daumit, Inc, Mexico, Paris, NY, Made in USA. Approx 2.5 x 1.25 x 3.75 in tall without gold opener. Magnet does not stick to book. Pretty blue/green/mint green letters and cameo background Please see photos. Selling as is. There was an ad in Esquire Magazine in 1946 for this exact perfume and bottle shape.
