Seven U.S. Presidents stayed there over the years. It was destroyed by fire Christmas night 1961. THIS TICKET is to an event set for February 11th, 1944. The Friday night DANCE was presented by Maxine Solomon and featured music by Wallace Hopper. THIS TICKET is an ORIGINAL acquired during an estate sale for the owners of the PRINTING COMPANY that printed items for many Nashville businesses (Link's Label Works - Henry Link). THIS TICKET was held at the printing company as part of their archival process and has been kept in a protective envelope since it was printed in 1944.
