Description: Wonderful pre-war set of 4 wooden trains. All have their wheels, some have hooks and some will need replacement train hooks The black and red caboose say Rock Island on them and they are Strombecker from the 1930s. I believe the engine is also a Strombecker train. It is missing one wooden plug for the top The tank engine appears to be from Tom Toy Thompson of Youngstown Ohio. They vary in size from 3 to 5 1/2 inches and about 2 -2 1-2 inches tall Would be a wonderful item for train collectors, lovers of vintage toys or decor for a child’s room or train lover!
