Making "worm-bait" available to fishermen, and fresh minnows, kept in the natural spring created an interest to supply more needed fishing material. Within our country store, we also had fishing equipment, comic books,and even school supplies to begin school in September. I grew up thinking "I had it made!" Of course we sold fireworks "imported" from GA. for July 4th and New Years Eve. My only brother and I (one year apart) definitely were miniature sellers. (and entertainers for our friends! All goes to say, "where there is a will, there is a way." And so....here I find myself....still selling "stuff".But it does pay a few bills for us. Also, we really enjoy seeing where all these vintage items travel. Life is Good. We strive to make all of our customers happy and are quite easy to deal with.
