Early tinware flour sifter with soldered construction. In smooth working condition. The handle cap where the sifter handle comes through is embossed with the following patent dates: May 16, 71 / Apr. 7, 74 / Mar. 2, 78 / Aug. 5, 79 and Feb. 28, 82. Measures 6 1/2" high x 5" o.d. and is a total 9 1/4" wide with the handle. If you collect early patented kitchenware don't let this one get away.
