Description: Vintage BLUE RIDGE Southern Potteries Christmas Tree Mistletoe 10.25” Dinner Plate. This is in excellent preowned condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. This was hand decorated in the United States. This plate has an image of a Christmas tree decorated with candles and a star. There are packages underneath and mistletoe to the top right. The back is printed with “ Blue Ridge Handcrafted Underglaze Southern Potteries, Inc Made in U, S. A.” Southern potteries was in business from the 1920s to 1957 in Erwin Tennessee. Each piece is slightly different, as these were hand decorated. Southern Potteries’ items are very collectible. This plate is very nice and would make a great gift.
