We believe this was given out in celebration of the opening of the City of Lockport's Municipal Buildimg in 1974. This is black glass with gold and white graphics depicting the new building. The back of the piece is textured glass. This piece measures approximately 3.75 inches wide by 3.75 inches long by 1/2 inch deep. We believe it was made by the Houze Art Glass Company from Point Marion, Pennsylvania, USA, based on the style and colors, but with no maker's marks on the piece, we cannot be sure. If you have any better information on this piece, please let us know, and we'll update this post as appropriate. Although relatively common when it was created, these sorts of marketing giveaways are getting difficult to find today. This is a great little piece of small-town bankimg history. Buy it today! Condition is VeryGood, Used. There are no cracks, breaks, scratches, wear, or color fading in this piece.
