Boots are leather with a nice deorative buckle on the side. They have a 3 inch brown heel, that still has life, but could be re-soled.Leather is in a burgundy color. See photos Boots are worn-in and show scrathces and folds in the leather from being worn.I do have put plastic boot trees inside to keep them from folding over.Inside 1 of the boots, on the top, is marked "10~PANTSPLACEPLUS~Made in Brazil"Boot leg is 18" tall from bottom sole.Weighs: 2 pounds 14 oz. with the boot trees before being packaged for shipping
