It does have a 1/2-inch tear in the flag's lower left, which I have a close-up of. This flag is approximately 28 inches wide and 15-1/2 inches tall. It is printed. The edges are turned under and sewn on 3 sides, and the white strips and stars have darker discoloration, foxing-like. Please carefully review all photos for exact condition!
