Press on well, then peel off the cover sheet. Water transfers were also popular and a possibility. Allow time to be meticulous since there are intricate lines. I assume this is for outdoor use on a fishing boat. I am in the process of selling remaining items from my family’s boat & motor sales and service business, which operated since 1940’s.
