Description: This is a vintage pincushion in the shape of a wooden rocking chair. The padded cushions will hold your pins and needles. There are two pegs on each side of the chair seat which hold tall wooden spools wound with thread. Sometimes these pegs are thimble holders, but these are pretty tall (1 1/4") so I think the thread spools may be original. They are just over 4 1/4" tall. The chair itself is 8" tall, 7" long and just over 6" wide. There is a small drawer under the seat (just like in my actual sewing rocker) which has a tin bottom in it and a cut little wooden knob. This pincushion is from my own personal collection and it is in overall very nice condition for its age.
