The Information on base is faded, but I think it says PRONTO Cigarette Maker, Infringers beware Amlborn License 783, Standard Specialty Co San Antonio Texas. It measures about 8.25" by just over 3.5" and is about 1.25" tall. There is some wear and soiling. I assume you might be able to still use it, but I have not tested it and I am selling it as a collector's item with no guarantees.
