Read & Sons Used Leather Holster PAT'd 1885 NICE CONDITION !!This is a handsome brown leather flap holster that will fit a .38 caliber revolver with barrels up to 6" in length and has a simple tooled decorative border and brass closure stud. The leather is still supple and intact and the single belt loop on the reverse is in fine shape. The back of the holster has a crisp "WM. READ & SONS/PAT'D MAY 5, 1886/BOSTON" stamp as well.
