The brand is Cruisin USA, which is know for their bowling shirts and has embroidered Wizards Of the Coast logos. This looks vintage and has a light fade to the black, that you'd expect with age and the white is a little more of an off white. I know some people like that vintage, worn in look, but make sure you are cool with it before buying. Other than that, I don't see any issues on it. It looks to have been well taken care of for the age. It will definitely stand out and I hope it finds someone who enjoys it, since you'll probably never see another one.
