The hurricanes have scratches on the frosted portions where they fit into the bases. Consists of the wooden wagon wheel lamp, 3 glass hurricanes and 3 metal shades. No makers marks. Must be hardwired. NOTE: There are NO BULBS included Measures: wheel is 18 inches in diameter, overall fixture diameter is about 26 inches. Fixture is about 13 inches tall.
