Description: Set has never been 'displayed' out of the box so I listed it as 'new'. Box is in great shape and the houses have no chips or cracks. However, these were hand painted and may have certain factory 'flaws' as to how they were manufactured. I took pictures of all 4 sides of each house for you to see the way they were painted and overall condition details. Each piece will be marked with a removable stamp to prevent 'switching' (sorry to do this but it has happened in the past). Returns only accepted if I misrepresented the item and my stamps MUST BE INTACT on all pieces. Please ask questions if more information is needed - sold as a set.
