Description: As we were listing this pattern, we discovered the COOLEST thing about it... that red apron on the front (on the lady) is a wrap-around apron that could function as a wrap-dress! We had a sundress similar to it back in the day! The pattern for it is called an apron but it is so much more a cute dress! If you're a guy- go for the other flat-style chef apron!Anyway- the insides of the pattern are in perfect shape: factory folded/flat pattern tissues & all instruction guide sheets are included in like-new condition.The pattern envelope does show some wear (from like being around 40-50 years). It is wrinkled on the corners & the flap area has some rips, small tears & holes in it. However, there is no paper missing (like, hunks torn out) so if you want to repair the envelope, all the pieces are there. There is also some light staining on the front & some light discoloration on both sides.We photo & describe everything to the best of our knowledge.
