Description: Vintage Victorian Revival 18K Gold Silver Polki & SC Diamond Stick Tie Pin Pre-owned. The top is sterling silver and originally had closed backs behind diamonds. However the metal has worn and now only 2 diamonds remain with fully closed backs. Very tarnished. Polki diamonds surrounding a single cut center diamond. Large side chip to center diamond. Polki diamonds are not uniform as to be expected. The flower shaped top measures about 10.4 mm across. At the top of the stick pin on the back there are hallmarks. I cannot make out 2 of them at all. The 3rd looks to be a right facing rooster profile so I believe to be Portuguese in origin. Pin has some waviness. Entire length is 2 3/8" long. Weighs 1.6 grams. I tested it and it is 18K. Most likely 19K but don't have capability to test at 19K.
