Description: Up for auction is an all metal Prince 501 hand vacuum manufactured by Royal. Royal is the oldest name in the vacuum business dating back to 1905 and their products are among the best. These metal hand vacuums were made for decades and they are getting harder to find in nice working order let alone in near new condition as this one is. This unit was manufactured in Cleveland, OH in 1987. This vacuum is near new with very minimal wear, in fact I put a NOS cloth bag and brush roll on which are both very hard to find. The original box with all packing materials including the owner’s manual is included. These retailed for over $59 when new which would be over $150 in today's money and they were quality machines. It features a full set of attachments and a 25 foot vinyl covered cord. If you are looking for a nice Royal Prince don't miss out on this one, they don't come around very often anymore this nice. This model uses Type H Royal bags but you can run it with just the cloth bag as the toss-out bags are out of production and very scarce now. I will include 1 lightly used bag to help preserve that NOS bag. Please ask any questions you may have.
