Description: This lapel pin dates from at least the 1960’s, and possibly before. It is in mint condition with no peeling of the enamel paint or flaking of the gold finish. It uses a butterfly clutch fastener, with the manufacturer’s registered name Ballou engraved on the clutch. I ship free within the USA on the same day as receiving payment, using recycled packaging materials whenever possible.
