It is a vintage item, late 70’s early 80’s with a union label. The material tag is too worn to read, but I believe it to be a polyester blend. Also the size tag only says 42 ( this in vintage sizing) so please use measurements listed below. As with vintage pieces, it is not in perfect condition but close! There is fading on the fabric tag, light staining on the fashion brand tag and very light piling on the front that is not noticeable unless on close inspection, shown in pics.
