However, it could be pleather. This is NIP and is doesn’t say on the outside of the package. I am also guessing that the tips are steel, I am basing this on the fact that there is a thick plastic piece that all three darts sit in. The poly flights are detachable, and the colors represent the American flag. Condition is New, however they are vintage, which means they are old and may not be as good as they once were.
