The locale depicted is in the Sierra Nevada Mountains near Lake Tahoe. The surface has a glossy finish. The painting measures approximately 20 inches by 24 inches. The unpacked weight is about a 1 3/4 pounds. This beautiful piece would be a lovely addition to a collection of vintage California fine art. Identification This painting is by Dean Packer (1933-2021), an American artist with a listing on askART. The painting is undated, and the exact age is not known, but it is believed to be vintage.
