It is 65% polyester, 35% cotton and is new with tag attached. Its designer, Sylvia Whyte, is known throughout the world for her Coutere designed children' clothing. Her career began at the end of World War II and spanned over fifty years. Her clients included many Hollywood stars and her label was sold at exclusive retailers all over the country including Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom and Macy's. She was named one of the most influential women in children's clothing in 1993 and passed away in 2021 at the age of 101.
