Description: vintage SUNSHINE BISCUITS TIN A picture of the Capitol, its lawn, trees, and especially a cherry tree is on the lid of the tin. Around that is a swirled brown design with gilt bordering. On the sides is a design with feathers, stars, and a green lower border. Inside the the tin is an orange thistle-like pattern. The tin has a locking hinge at front and hinges at the back. It measures 12-1/2" x 11" x 2-3/4.' Good condition. The tin lid is bent on one side so that it needs to be fitted or shifted when closing with the hinge. There is wear to the paint at the edges, mostly at the lid. Light scratches at the bottom of the lid picture and under at the swirled border. A few small smudges or foxing at the sides.
