Description: Vintage Stratford Fountain Pen - Pump Fill Untested - not sure if the pump action works - the piston doesn’t seem to depress all the way so assume that is not a good sign. When cap is screwed on there seems to be a gap between bottom of cap and bottom of pen - not sure if there is a band missing or something else is going on.
