It measures approx 1 1/8" at the widest part and then tapers off, hinged at the side with clasp in back with knob/button to open. This is a choker more appropriate for a petite neck. Inside is signed Sterling 925 Hecho en Mexico and also marked Ballesteros as well as other letters & hallmarks which are too small and some illegible for me to make out. You're getting it just as I did, good, vintage condition, normal wear & tarnish patina from age and use, sold as found. Please email with questions or concerns prior to purchase.
