Description: This Vintage Steiff Bear adorn a shelf in my childhood bedroom... Trademark Steiff "bear expressionless", this isn't a toy (if it ever was, I can't remember). Gently cared for all arms and legs are in moving order. Additionally, the heads turns around left and right. Circa 1970-78. There are no rips, stains or tears. All seams are intact - no loose threads. There was a "bear sound maker" on the interior (if you turned it over and then upright it would make a howl sound). The sound maker no longer works, but you are able to know it's in there. Made in Austria. Purchased abroad from my parents, on one of their overseas trips. Although the tag is not present, the stitching and assembly are finely executed - there is no mistake this is authentic. This item comes from a smoke-free/pet-free home. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
