Description: Vintage Solid Wood Apothecary Chest of Drawers Approximately 25" length x 13" height x 11.5" side depth 24 lbs 3.2 oz I love this chest of drawers. I have had it in my possession since 2011. Before then, it lived at my dads house for a number of years after he bought it at a local antique store in Vermont. I moved with it to Colorado and now I just don't have a place for it in my new apartment. I thought someone else should enjoy it. It can work as a catch-all for your little things you need organizing, it can house a collection of items that you want kept safe, or you could use it as an herb chest. This would also be great for someone to house their ephemera, a travel enthusiast could use it to keep their journals or notebooks. The finish is in pretty good vintage condition. The top does have some wear in a few places. There is a white mark on one side of the chest and inside one of the drawers it is stained black. If you remove all the drawers you can see the rub wear from the drawers going in and out. On the back of each drawer there are some markings. I am not sure what they mean but the most important part about the back of the drawers is that if you ever take them out you can see where they go as they are numbered. Currently they are all in their correct position but if you put them in a random one it may not fit. Please see pictures for details.
