Aldana’s Traditional Tonalá Pottery is made from terracotta earthenware known for its reddish-brown color and is both handmade and hand-painted in Tonalá, Jalisco, Mexico. J. Aldana’s pottery was primarily made during the mid to late 20th century (1950-1990). His work has been renowned for its craftsmanship and artistic designs. The Large bowl (1) Measures 9.5" across by 3.25" deep. There are 2 smalls chips on rim. The next bowl (2) is 7.75" across by 2.75" deep. The next bowl (3) is 6.75" across by 2.5" deep. The next bowl (4) is 5.5" across by 2.0" deep. The next bowl (5) is 4.5" across by 1.5" deep. and the smallest bowl (6) measures 3.25" across by 1.25" deep.
