Description: Up for consideration is a nice Vintage Signed Captain Harry Jobes - Maryland - Wood Mallard Duck Decoy 17" L. Item is in great vintage condition, normal wear/patina, some surface scratches (mostly on bottom) see photos... Item measures approximately 17" in length. A world-renowned decoy carver, Harry passed away in 2019 at 82, but stopped making decoys in 2015. He lived in Havre De Grace, Maryland. Along with being a World-Renowned Decoy Carver, Harry worked on Aberdeen Proving Ground for 28 years as a Patrol Boat Captain and he also ran a Charter Boat for 30 years. He was a member of the Havre de Grace Elks Lodge, Ducks Unlimited and the Havre de Grace Decoy Museum.
