Description: Great little table top fan. Stands about 15" tall Needs paint on the base and a little cleaning but overall working - The oscillating part turns to one side and stays but that could be the angle the fan is tilted on. Fan angle has a wing nut to loosen and adjust for direction. Has a slight rattle but not from the fan blades rubbing on the cage could just need some oil and TLC. Will ship with care - See all photos and this item does show some signs of wear and age due to normal use.
