Description: This is a Great Vintage Shakespeare Service / Model FE 1944 chrome metal Fishing Reel. The Reel measures 2 5/8” across each side, and just about 2 ½” wide. One side has factory embossed information for the Shakespeare name & model number. The winder works great, but does make a whining sound when wound. It has a knob for changing the 2 speed drag on the reel. The Reel appears to be in good condition, but it is missing the handle, & it does need to be cleaned up.
