Vintage Set of Wooden Birthday Cake Numbers, 50s Shackman Miniature Wood Toppers

Description: This vintage set of birthday cake numbers are made out of wood. They are hand-painted and colorful. Each number is topped with a miniature angel or a fairy playing a musical instrument. There are ten numbers. They come in the original box.They were made by B. S. & Co. in Japan for the Shackman Co. in N.Y. sometime around the 1950s.These colorful, wooden cake numbers could be used for crafts or display.They are in great vintage condition with some chippy paint. No loose paint but I would recommend painting them with a sealer if using on food. Two drummers are missing their drumsticks. No signs of use on the picks. The box shows age.
