Description: This is a very nice wool letterman’s sweater! It may be from the year 1957 — if the patch “57” on the sweater refers to that. This was Wally’s sweater and, apparently, he was a proud Pirate. This sweater is in very good (odor-free) condition. I discovered two teeny tiny holes on the cuffs when taking photos. Also noticed was that two of the 6 original buttons were missing. Even so, this sweater meets all other elements to make it a cool representation of the era from which it was from.
